Who I Am

I am a computer professional who has been in the industry since 1987. I have worked on nearly everything from circuit boards to complete PC Systems.

I have supported the manufacturing of desktops and worked in the design of laptops. I have even worked with Software as a Project Manager, and an inside sales agent.

In 1992 I took an opportuniy to join Compaq's "Technical Support" group. I became one of the technicians you may have called on the phone.

In my years at Compaq I had always worked to fix computer problems. During my years "on the phone" I learned that I really enjoyed fixing the most important problems. Those being the problems experienced by our customers!

When Compaq started downsizing, my number evetually got called and I was laid off. I soon found myself helping friends (and their friends) with their computer issues and eventually decided to start this business.
